1. Product Availability
All shirts depend on stock. If a shirt is out of stock, we will inform you quickly.
Sometimes, we may change, stop selling, or limit a product at any time without telling you beforehand.
2. Pricing
Prices can change at any time without notice. All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
We try our best to show the correct prices and details. If we make a clear mistake, LOOMISE has the right to fix the price or cancel the order.
3. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an email or message with your order details.
This confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order yet. LOOMISE has the right to cancel or change your order at any time if the shirt is out of stock or if there is any other issue.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver shirts both inside and outside Dhaka City using our trusted delivery partners.
We always try to deliver on time, but delivery times are estimates. LOOMISE is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier companies, bad weather, or political issues.
5. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure digital payments.
For Cash on Delivery, you must pay the delivery agent the full amount before opening the package (unless you choose to return it instantly under our Return Policy).
6. Returns and Exchanges
If you want to return or change a shirt, please check our Return & Exchange Policy page. All returned shirts must be clean, unworn, and have the original price tags and labels intact.
7. Our Photos and Logo (Intellectual Property)
Everything on this website, including the name LOOMISE, our logo, website design, and product photos, belongs completely to us. You cannot use or copy them without our permission.
8. Privacy and Security
We care about your safety. To know how we collect, use, and protect your personal details, please check our Privacy Policy page. When you open an account on our store, you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
9. Responsibility (Liability)
LOOMISE works hard to give you the best experience. If there is a major problem, our total responsibility is limited only to the price you paid for the product.

LOOMISE can update these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page immediately. We encourage you to check this page before making a purchase.
11. Governing Law
These rules follow the laws of Bangladesh. Any major problems or disagreements will be solved in the courts of Bangladesh.
